- What is a Dietitian?
Dietitians are ... up-to-date with the latest research and can help make sense of the many confusing nutrition messages out there.
Dietitians help … people to implement behaviour changes to improve all aspects of their health from diet to activity levels and sleep patterns.
Dietitians are not … the ‘food police’, in fact they love food and they want you to enjoy it too.
Dietitians don't … put people on diets, in fact restrictive dieting is known to lead to weight gain in the long term, the very opposite of their purpose.
