Prices: £54 for a 6 week course, £12 for drop-ins subject to availability.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Tuesday evening classes
 are suitable for students who have tried yoga before and wish to progress deeper into asana, experiment with new sequences and focus on connecting their practice with breath work and/or personal intention. Classes will look more closely at the 5 elements of Vinyasa; Breath, Bandhas (“energy locks”), Drishti (gaze), Vinyasa and Asana (poses). This more dynamic class will provide practitioners with an element of cardiovascular stimulation both warming the body and increasing muscle plasticity.

Restorative Hatha Flow Yoga 
Thursday morning beginners and restorative Hatha Flow Yoga will be of a steady pace offering students the opportunity to learn the fundamental alignment required for practicing safely but will also incorporate an element of play and the chance to enjoy full guided relaxation. A new theme will be introduced each week allowing students to explore twisting, forward/backward bending, core strength, neck and shoulder release and so on.

About Sarah Green
Sarah trained for 12 years in classical ballet and has been practicing Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga for 8 years. She recently completed 200-hour teacher training course with Yoga London and is certified with Yoga Alliance. Committed to developing her skills, she regularly attend workshops, yoga retreats and maintains a daily practice. Sarah works to achieve a non-competitive environment where students can relax whilst improving alignment, strength and flexibility. But most importantly, have fun! The aim is for students to leave class feeling like they have achieved a physical workout along with improved mental wellbeing.
