Try Pilates and Yoga for Free in October

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to try Pilates or Yoga with us for Free in October to highlight Back Care Awareness month.  Please read the details and essential information below. *Limited spaces available.* 

National Back Care Awareness is a healthy reminder to us all, including educating our children, to look after our necks and backs. Pilates and Yoga are ideal non-impact exercises that help to:- 

Restore movement and mobility

Reduce and manage pain

Strengthen your muscles

Improve body awareness

Free Beginners Pilates Class

1. Crystal Palace: Monday 16 October. Start time 6pm (45 mins). 8 patients max.
2. Mottingham: Wednesday 18th October. Start time 12pm. (45 mins). 6 patients max.


Free Beginners Yoga Class 

1. Orpington. Wednesday 18th October. Start time 5:15pm. (45 mins). 10 patients max.

Essential Information:
Beginners Class Level
You must be able to get on and off floor without assistance 
A consent form and medical questionnaire must be emailed back to CPPG prior to starting the class.
You can only book 1 space per person.
If you do have to cancel, unfortunately no further dates can be offered.
