One to one Pilates is for those who would like a little more closer support when they exercise. If you have had an injury or would like the luxury of an instructors undivided attention then a one to one session may be best for you.

Ante-natal Pilates is a great low impact way of exercising during your pregnancy. Not only will it help you maintain a level of fitness it is also a good way to increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. Ante-natal Pilates will also help with your posture, spinal mobility and pelvic stability which will help decrease pregnancy related back pain and pelvic pain. One to one sessions are led by experienced physiotherapists with a specialist interest and training in Pilates instruction. Don't let your pregnancy related back pain affect you any longer.

Pilates is perfect to help your fitness and well being regime.  This is physio-led and taught in small classes with individual varations.  The focus is on your technique, so you know and can feel when you are doing it right.
