Class Level Descriptions: 

BeginnersThis is Pilates taught at an introductory level. Perfect for those who are new to this form of exercise or want to work out at a less demanding level.  Also suitable for those with lower back pain or returning from injury/ surgery. 

Intermediate/ Improvers: This level is ideal for those who have done Pilates before but would like to improve technique or are returning from injury/ surgery.

Advanced: Perfect for those who have done Pilates before and want to practice advanced movements or are looking for an additional form of exercise to complement other high level training.

One to One Pilates is for those who would like more support when they exercise. If you have had an injury or would like the luxury of an instructors' undivided attentio, then a one to one session may be best for you.

Antenatal Pilates is a great low impact way of exercising during your pregnancy. Not only will it help you maintain a level of fitness it is also a good way to increase the strength of your pelvic floor muscles. Ante-natal Pilates will also help with your posture, spinal mobility and pelvic stability which will help decrease pregnancy related back pain and pelvic pain. One to one sessions are led by experienced physiotherapists with a specialist interest and training in Pilates instruction. Don't let your pregnancy related back pain affect you any longer.
