Walk-In' to Better Health

Do you want to get fit and active? Come and join our new Free Group Walking sessions.

Walking is a great way to start doing some exercise. We are now offering free 30 minute, weekly walking groups to get you started.

* It's free and easy *
You don't need any special equipment, it's free and you can get some fresh air!

* Health benefits *
Walking at a reasonable pace will exercise your heart and lungs, which will help to improve your health and also burn calories.

* Live better *
Regular walking can reduce your chances of certain health problems including diabetes, cancer and heart disease.

* Feel better *
Walking can make you feel happier too and less stressed.

* Achieve more *
It is recommended that we all carry out 5 sessions of 30 minutes exercise a week. Walking can be a great way to hit this target.

* Socialise *
Walking will give you the opportunity to get to know your local area better, meet people and make you feel better.

Group Walks are led by our Chartered Physiotherapists.

* Each walk is 30 mins
* Guided programme of 8 weeks with advice on how to continue beyond the programme

- Meet at the Clinic for a walk in Crystal Palace Park
- 11:00am start
- Limited number of spaces
- Must be booked in advance
- Starting Monday 12 September
