Please note: We have been made aware that due to the Knights Hill Surgery list size increasing significantly as well as the surgery becoming a Training Practice, they no longer have the capacity to lease the clinic rooms to CPPG. This unfortunately means that we will no longer have a presence within the Knights Hill Surgery in West Norwood and that any future appointment that you have with us on or after the 1st July 2017 will be at Crystal Palace.

Please be aware that if you are currently attending one of our exercise classes based within the West Norwood Health and Leisure Centre, this location will not be changing and will continue as normal.

Directions

We operate Physiotherapy appointments and an exercise classes from two different locations within the leisure centre. Please ensure you follow the correct directions below.

Physiotherapy Appointments

The clinic is located within the Knights Hill GP Surgery at the West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre. Please report to the surgery reception which is located on the first floor by either using the elevator or stairs, and advise them that you have a physiotherapy appointment. After you have checked in, take a seat in the waiting area and your Physiotherapist will come out to collect you.

Exercise Classes

Our exercise classes take place in same Leisure Centre as our Physiotherapy appointments but a different location within the Centre. The Studio is on the 1st floor on the left hand side of the building, please to go to the gym reception on your arrival.

There is limited parking in the area so public transport is advisable.

By Rail

Southern train services the West Norwood station which is a 5 minute walk away. As you exit the station head towards Devane Way and follow the road around to the right until you arrive at the West Norwood Health and Leisure Centre

By Bus

The 2, 68, 196, 315, 322, 432, 468, X68 all stop nearby
